This will ship with all necessary supplies for injection. It will arrive cool and need to be refrigerated upon arrival. Current shipping time is around 10-14 BUSINESS days.

1. This medication is shipped from REVIVE RX PHARMACY. It will arrive cool and will need to be refrigerated upon arrival.
2. There are TWO vial concentrations. The LOWER concentration vial has 5mg per 0.5ml (10mg per ml). The two HIGHER concentration vials have 10mg per 0.5ml (20mg per ml). Please make sure to follow the directions on your vial for accurate dosing! Packages 1 and 2 use the lower concentration vial; all others use the higher concentration vials.
3. There are three sized vials: a lower concentration 2ml vial with 20mg total TZ, a higher concentration 2ml vial with 40mg total TZ, and a higher concentration 3ml vial with 60mg total TZ.
4. Packages are ordered in varying mg, therefore, you may receive 1, 2, or 3 vials with your order (depending on package). Please see packages below for more details.
5. Please order only one package at a time. Telemedicine best practices require me to have a "check-in" with you at least every 12 weeks, so I limit my prescribing to a 12-week supply at a time of your particular dose. Most of these packages are 8-12 week packages.
6. Patients that order 12-week packages MUST be injecting weekly. Patients that attempt to stretch these packages beyond 12 weeks by injecting a lower dose or spreading their doses out may be restricted to 4-week packages for future orders to help maintain compliance. We will review your ordering patterns to make sure you remain compliant with the ordering rules.
7. The standard dosing escalation schedule is as follows:

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.

**This large volume package is restricted and ONLY to be used for patients that are injecting 15mg every week. Your ordering patterns will indicate whether you are following this schedule. Patients that attempt to stretch this package beyond 12 weeks by injecting smaller doses will be restricted to ordering 4-week packages with future orders to maintain compliance. Repeated misuse may result in dismissal from the program and a referral back to your primary care physician for further care.

Remember, as long as you have completed at least 4 weeks of a dose, you can use that dose, one dose higher, or any lower dose each week. Be sure to follow the dosing chart above. If you are ordering one of these packages, you should already be very familiar with dosing guidelines.
