1. This medication will be shipped to you from SOUTHEND PHARMACY.
2. Injection supplies are included.
3. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days and are shipped Monday-Thursday. The pharmacy is closed on the weekends.
4. It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
5. Each vial has at least 4 weeks of the specified dose. As a bonus, the 1mg vial has an extra week of that dose. The 1.7mg dose vial has your first week of the 2.4mg dose included with it. See flyer below for more details.
6. Please pay very close attention the the directions on your vial, as the number of units you inject are different for each vial/dosage. Please refer to the flyer below and follow the EXACT DIRECTIONS on your vial.
7. Please order the dosage you intend to take, as these vials should be discarded after the 5th puncture and generally should be used within 4-5 weeks after first puncture.
8. No matter what you order, the pharmacy will send you one vial at a time. If you order the 12/13 week NEW PATIENT PROTOCOL, you will receive one vial at a time (shipped a few weeks apart). You can contact the pharmacy if you'd like to delay your 2nd or 3rd vial.

SEMAGLUTIDE DOSING INFORMATION:

This protocol is designed to advance monthly from the 0.25mg dose up to the 2.4mg dose. However, patients are encouraged to stay on the lowest dose possible and only move up when necessary. Over the long term, it's smart to aim for 1-2 pounds a week of weight loss. The right dose to achieve this goal will vary by individual. Some people reach their goal weight on the lower doses, and some people may need to use the higher doses before experiencing significant appetite suppression and weight loss.

That being said, patients with higher BMIs or who have had a more difficult time losing weight in the past may do best advancing more quickly to the higher doses (where maximum weight loss may occur). For these patients, I recommend the 12/13 WEEK NEW PATIENT PROTOCOL when first starting your journey or when you have taken a long break from your medications. You save $150 on your first three doses ordering this. NO CHANGES TO THIS PACKAGE ARE ALLOWED AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED ONCE THE FIRST VIAL HAS SHIPPED.
