We offer options from 18 different compounding pharmacies with multiple formulations for your medications (selections vary by your state). You don’t like a product from one pharmacy? Well simply choose from a different pharmacy or a different formulation next time. ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
1) Patients in DC plus every state except Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, and Rhode Island are eligible.
2) We do not have absolute BMI restrictions, as everyone is different! In general, patients who are overweight, especially with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and other weight-related issues, may benefit from the options our services.
3) Microdosing for non-weight related issues may be approved in certain cases by using lower doses of GLP-1 type options.
2) Patients who are ages 18-64 with few or mild medical issues will generally be approved. Patients with complex medical issues are best handled by their primary care physician. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible.
3) Healthy patients ages 65-69 who have had in in-person exam with their primary care physician within the past 6-12 months will generally be approved. A copy of your last visit may be uploaded into your Push Health account.
4) Patients ages 70+ will be referred to their primary care physician for their weight loss journey. Very healthy patients may sometimes be accepted with a letter from their physician.
