ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES
1. Service Areas
Patients residing in Washington, DC and all U.S. states except Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, and Rhode Island are eligible for services.
2. Weight and BMI Considerations
We do not have strict BMI requirements because every patient is unique. In general, individuals who are overweight or obese—particularly those with weight-related health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, or other associated medical concerns—may benefit from our treatment options.
3. Microdosing Options
In certain cases, lower-dose GLP-1 treatment ("microdosing") for non-weight-related health concerns may be considered on an individual basis.
4. Age and Medical Eligibility (Ages 18–64)
Patients between the ages of 18 and 64 with few or well-controlled medical conditions will generally qualify for treatment. Individuals with complex medical conditions are often best managed by their primary care physician or specialist. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible for treatment.
5. Age and Medical Eligibility (Ages 65–69)
Healthy patients ages 65 to 69 who have had an in-person evaluation with their primary care physician within the previous 6 to 12 months will generally be considered for treatment. A copy of your most recent office visit may be uploaded to your Push Health account for review.
6. Age 70 and Older
Patients age 70 and older are generally encouraged to pursue weight management through their primary care physician. Exceptions may occasionally be made for exceptionally healthy individuals who provide medical clearance or a letter of support from their physician.
