I have spent over 6 years unable to lose any weight no matter what I tried. After going through menopause, I’ve watched my blood pressure slowly creeping higher each year along with my blood sugar not to mention the burden I’ve been putting on my joints with all the extra weight. I’ve been diagnosed as insulin resistant and obese. I knew that if I didn’t make some changes soon, I would end up diabetic and with high blood pressure.
