These vials are to be used for maintenance therapy or for using the same dose for multiple weeks (and are dosed as such). They are also the only "clean" version available in larger vials with longer 180 days BUD dates for easier ordering.

Patients that are new to the program or are still increasing their doses each month are best served with a product from another pharmacy.

1. This product ships to you from REVIVE RX PHARMACY. The medication will need to be refrigerated after arrival, so please place it in the refrigerator when you receive it. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for shipping.
2. It is very important to follow the instructions on your vial for accurate dosing! There are three different vial types from Revive and it can be confusing unless you follow directions carefully.
3. Each package delivers an 8-10 week package of one dose and is designed to be used as such. Please only order these if you plan to use them this way. Adjusting your dosage can be confusing with the different vial sizes.
4. The BUD on these is 180 days from the date of compounding, so they make excellent vials for people on maintenance dosing that want to spread their doses out longer than every 7 days as well.
5. These vials are designed for patients that have been on either tirzepatide or semaglutide for at least 6 months and/or are very familiar with the dosing protocols.
   
6. Remember, you must complete at least 4 weeks of a dose before you can use the dose above it.
