This product ships to ALL patients from DESIGNER DRUGS RX PHARMACY in Chattanooga, TN. It will be shipped cold and will need to refrigerated upon arrival. ONLY ONE PACKAGE AT A TIME MAY BE ORDERED DUE TO BUD AND EXPIRATION DATES. This tirzepatide product is compounded with MB12 (methylcobalamin). A syringe kit will be included (10 insulin syringes and 10 alcohol swabs).

Your medication may have a pink or red tint due to the B12 in the vial. This is normal. I love it because it helps me see the medication better when drawing it up!

To avoid any confusion on dosage, you will choose one of the following options when ordering, and these will be the exact instructions on your vial. As long as you complete at least 4 weeks of a dose, you may move up after that. However, we recommend staying on the lowest dose possible and only move up to the next dose when your weight loss stalls. This pharmacy ships vials with BUDs (beyond use dates) around 6-8 weeks from the time they are compounded, so you should only order one package at a time.

Unlike some pharmacies which offer 4-week packages of one dose, this pharmacy offers alternative dosing packages for patients that are comfortable at a particular dose and want to stay on that dose longer than 4 weeks. You MUST be injecting weekly to order one of these packages.

*Patients taking the higher doses on a weekly basis must order more frequently than others; therefore, the same amount of medication will not last as long as others taking smaller doses. To be consistent with patient fees, there is a discount with these packages. Also, to prevent the misuse of medications (such as ordering a much higher dose and then using a lower dose for a much longer time period than the vial is designed to be used for safely), there are guidelines in place to prevent this possibly unsafe misuse. These packages MUST be used as exactly as described.

To receive the discounted fees, you MUST be using these higher doses on a weekly basis. Your use will be evident by your ordering practices and you may not be allowed to order these packages with large amounts of medication if your reported dosing does not match your ordering schedule. In general, if you are using the packages correctly as directed, you should be ordering either package at least every 4-6 weeks. Also, if there are extended delays between ordering these largest two dose packages, you may be asked to start back at a lower dose to avoid risks of side effects, since you would likely have been on a much lower dose the previous 4 weeks.

Please do not order these larger packages if you are not planning to use them as prescribed, as it will not be prescribed if there are concerns of misuse. Life happens, so please explain any extended delays in ordering in the notes section.

ADDITIONAL DOSING GUIDE/INFORMATION (notice the change in units for each concentration)

Each vial from this pharmacy contains 1.5ml (150 units) of medication, but the concentration is different for each vial. Therefore, it is very important to follow the instructions on your particular vial. Each vial is designed to only be used for 6-7 weeks.

If you see this concentration on your vial:

TZ/MB12 10mg/1mg/ml, then: 2.5mg dose = 0.25ml (25 units), 5mg = 0.5ml (50 units)

TZ/MB12 25mg/1mg/ml, then: 5mg = 0.2ml (20 units), 7.5mg = 0.30ml (30 units)

TZM/B12 50mg/1mg/ml, then: 7.5mg dose = 0.15ml (15 units), 10mg dose = 0.2ml (20 units), 12.5mg = 0.25ml (25 units) 15mg = 0.3ml (30 units)
