This product comes in 2 vial sizes. The 2ml vial contains about 33 mg of tirzepatide, and the 4.5ml vial contains about 75mg of tirzepatide. Due to vial expiration/BUDs, only one package may be ordered at a time.

DOSING:

PACKAGES:

1) 2.5mg X 4 weeks PLUS 5mg X 4 weeks: $525

2) 7.5mg X 4 weeks PLUS 10mg X 4 weeks: $775*
*You may order this package ONLY after completing package #1 (or the 2.5mg and 5mg dose from any pharmacy).

3) 12.5mg X 6 weeks: $725* You may order this discounted package ONLY after completing at least 4 weeks of the 10mg dose (from any pharmacy), AND you must be injecting 12.5mg weekly.

4) 15mg X 5 weeks: $650* You may order this discounted package ONLY after completing at least 4 weeks of the 12.5mg dose (from any pharmacy), AND you must be injecting 15mg weekly.

*Patients taking the higher doses on a weekly basis must order more frequently than others; therefore, the same amount of medication will not last as long as others taking smaller doses. To be consistent with patient fees, discounts may be offered for these patients. Also, to prevent the misuse of medications (such as ordering a much higher dose and then using a lower dose for a much longer time period than the vial is designed to be used for safely), there are guidelines in place to prevent this possibly unsafe misuse. These packages MUST be used as exactly as described.

To receive the discounted fees, you MUST be using these higher doses on a weekly basis. Your use will be evident by your ordering practices and you may not be allowed to order these packages with large amounts of medication if your reported dosing does not match your ordering schedule. In general, if you are using the packages correctly as directed, you should be ordering either package at least every 4-6 weeks. Also, if there are extended delays between ordering these largest two dose packages, you may be asked to start back at a lower dose to avoid risks of side effects, since you would likely have been on a much lower dose the previous 4 weeks.

Please do not order these larger packages if you are not planning to use them as prescribed, as it will not be prescribed if there are concerns of misuse. Life happens, so please explain any extended delays in ordering in the notes section.

The instructions on your vial will match the package you ordered. However, as long as you complete 4 weeks of a dose before moving up, you may adjust your dosing up and down as needed to help with side effects or weight-loss stalls. Please refer to the below chart for correct dosing for both vials.

2.5mg dose = 15 units/0.15ml on your syringe

5mg dose = 30 units/0.3ml on your syringe

7.5mg dose = 45 units/0.45ml on your syringe

10mg dose = 60 units/0.6ml on your syringe

12.5mg dose = 75 units/0.75ml on your syringe

15mg dose = 90 units/0.9ml on your syringe
