**Each order will be sent with 10 insulin syringes and 30 alcohol wipes.** Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping, but most orders ship within a few days. These vials each deliver 4 weeks of the dose that you order. The concentration is the same for each vial (5mg tirzepatide per 0.5ml of fluid), so you will increase the number of units you take as your dose increases. Your directions will be on the vial and you can also refer to the below table. You MUST order the dosage you intend to take, as these vials are good for 4 punctures and discarded after 28 days.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH DOSE:

Please note that 1ml = 100 units.

*2.5mg dose: Inject 25 units (0.25ml) once a week for 4 weeks. Your vial will contain 1ml (100 units).

*5mg dose: Inject 50 units (0.5ml) once a week for 4 weeks. Your vial will contain 2ml (200 units).

*7.5mg dose: Inject 75 units (0.75ml) once a week for 4 weeks. Your vial will contain 3ml (300 units).

*10mg dose: Inject 100units** (1ml) once a week for 4 weeks. You will receive 2 of the 5mg dose vials. Each vial will contain 2ml (200 units), for a total of 4ml (400 units).

*12.5mg dose: Inject 125units** (1.25ml) once a week for 4 weeks. Your vial will contain 5ml (500 units).

*15mg dose: Inject 150units** (1.5ml) once a week for 4 weeks. You will receive 2 of the 7.5mg dose vials. Each vial will contain 3ml (300 units), for a total of 6ml (600 units).

**Your syringe will likely be a 1ml syringe, and it can be uncomfortable to inject 100-150 units in one location. Therefore, I recommend splitting your 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg doses into two separate injections on two separate areas of your body. You will have enough supplies to do this.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
