Male patients may begin with intranasal administration of 2mg (1 spray in each nostril) 1-2 hours prior to sexual activity. The dose may be titrated up to 4mg (2 sprays in each nostril) as tolerated or desired. DO NOT EXCEED more than 4mg (4 sprays) in 72 hours.
