1. This is an excellent WELLNESS product that may be used by people with all BMIs and is nicknamed the "anti-aging molecule". It will be shipped to you from WP PHARMA. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
2. One vial contains 1000mg of medication. After reconstitution, the concentration will be 200mg/ml.
3. Your product will ship to you in powder form. You will need to mix your vial and reconstitute it with 5ml bacteriostatic water when you receive it. A mixing kit with supplies and instructions will be sent with your order. After you have mixed the vial, it will need to be kept cool in the refrigerator. Please see directions below for mixing your medication.
4. Your vial will come with 20 syringes for delivering your injections.

DOSAGE:

50mg dose = 0.25ml (25 units)

60mg dose = 0.3ml (30 units)

100mg dose = 0.5ml (50 units)

RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

1) Weeks 1-2: Inject 50mg (25 units) twice a week

Weeks 3-4: Inject 100mg (50 units) twice a week.

Weeks 5+: Inject 100mg (50 units) up to three times a week (maintenance)

*Initiation: Your first vial will last 6 weeks if you continue with 100mg twice a week at week 5. If you increase to 100mg three times a week, it will last about 5 1/2 weeks.

*Maintenance: If using 100mg twice a week, one vial will last 5 weeks. If using 100mg three times a week, one vial will last about 3 weeks.

2) ALTERNATIVE SCHEDULE: Inject 60mg (30 units) every other day. One vial will last you about 32 days with this schedule. THIS WILL BE THE DOSE PRESCRIBED ON YOUR VIAL, BUT YOU MAY USE THE ABOVE DOSING.

WHAT IS NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a form of Vitamin B3 (niacin). This coenzyme is found in the mitochondria of all living cells. This coenzyme is heavily involved in DNA repair and cellular remodeling. CONTRAINDICATIONS/PRECAUTIONS:

There are really no reported contraindications or precautions for NAD+ injections. It has a relatively high safety profile, and is generally tolerated well in most patients.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
