1. This is an excellent WELLNESS product that may be used by people with all BMIs and is nicknamed the "anti-aging molecule". It will be shipped to you from REVIVE RX. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

2. One vial contains 2000mg. After reconstitution, you will have 5ml (500 units) in your vial.

3. You will need to mix your vial and reconstitute it with 5ml bacteriostatic water when you receive it. A mixing kit with supplies and instructions will be sent with your order. After you have mixed the vial, it will need to be kept cool in the refrigerator. Please see direction below for mixing your medication:

DOSAGE:

50mg dose = 0.125ml (12.5 units)

100mg dose = 0.25ml (25 units)

RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE:

As with some of the other peptides, optimal dosing can be different for each patient. Most people inject 100mg (50 units) three times a week (or every other day). This will be the instructions on your vial. However, new users should inject 50mg (12.5 units) the first few times to assess tolerance and any side effects.

Please be sure to read the Joint Commission guidelines (scroll to the end) about proper vial usage. You will be using the vial longer than 28 days if you use the entire vial, even with the max dosing.

WHAT IS NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a form of Vitamin B3 (niacin). This coenzyme is found in the mitochondria of all living cells. This coenzyme is heavily involved in DNA repair and cellular remodeling. It has been known to “ turn off” those genes that accelerate degenerative aging and is essential for maintaining neurotransmitter levels for the proper functioning of the brain. It is key in cellular metabolism. As we age, our NAD levels decrease making us less able to repair cellular damage. We begin to lose energy, appear older and have decreased brain function. CONTRAINDICATIONS/PRECAUTIONS:

There are really no reported contraindications or precautions for NAD+ injections. It has a relatively high safety profile, and is generally tolerated well in most patients.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
