1. This is an excellent WELLNESS product that may be used by people with all BMIs and is nicknamed the "anti-aging molecule".
2. Each vial contains 2000mg of medication in 10ml (1000 units).
3. *Note that this is TWICE the amount of medication in one vial compared to other pharmacies, hence the higher cost. Due to the short Beyond Use Date (BUD) of only 30-45 days, this vial is designed for patients that want to use the higher dosing protocols for NAD+.
4. It will be shipped to you from a pharmacy in the STRIVE PHARMACY NETWORK. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.
5. Your order will be sent with insulin syringes to inject it subcutaneously. Please note that this vial may be a different concentration than from other pharmacies, so please note the units needed for each dose.
6. Please order one vial at a time due to expiration dates. The BUD on these vials is about 45 days from the day it was compounded, but you may receive your vial a week or so after it was compounded. This means you would need to start your vial right away, since the BUD could be around 35 days from the day you receive it.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DIFFERENT PHARMACIES HAVE DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS FOR THEIR NAD+ PRODUCT. THEREFORE, THE UNITS MAY BE DIFFERENT FOR THE SAME DOSE--PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR VIAL OR REFER TO THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

DOSAGE:

50mg dose = 0.25ml (25 units)

100mg dose = 0.5ml (50 units)

200mg dose = 1ml (100 units)

Inject 200mg (100 units/1ml) subcutaneously up to three times a week. You would need to start the medication as soon as you receive it to be able to get all doses in before the Beyond Use Date. There are 10 injections of the 200mg dose in the vial. See note above about BUDs.

*Some patients may choose to inject 100mg (50 units) three times a week, but please note that the BUD on the vial is 45 days (likely 35 days after you receive it) and your last few injections would be after that date. However, for patients that want to use that dosing, this vial is still the best price for that dose (even if you don't use all of the medication).

*You may also choose to start at a lower dose of 50mg (25 units/0.25ml) 2-3 times a week and advance up to the doses above; however please note the BUD above. You will not be able to use all of the medication prior to the BUD.

WHAT IS NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a form of Vitamin B3 (niacin). This coenzyme is found in the mitochondria of all living cells. This coenzyme is heavily involved in DNA repair and cellular remodeling.
