**Each order will be sent with 10 insulin syringes and 30 alcohol wipes.**

The concentration of this medication for each vial is 2.5mg/ml, which means there are 2.5mg of semaglutide in each ml of fluid. There are four vial sizes:

1) 1ml vial (2.5mg total semaglutide, 100 units)

2) 2ml vial (5mg total semaglutide, 200 units)

3) 3ml vial (7.5mg total semaglutide, 300 units)

4) 5ml vial (12.5mg total semaglutide, 500 units)

To avoid any confusion on dosage, you will choose one of the following options when ordering, and these will be the instructions on your vial. However, you may customize your dosing based on the chart at the bottom. As long as you complete at least 4 weeks of a dose, you may move up after that. Also, even though your instructions may tell you to move up, you may stay on a dose as long as you'd like and not move up.

1) 0.25mg X 4 weeks PLUS 0.5mg X 3 weeks $250: You will receive one 1ml (2.5mg) vial.

2) 0.25mg X 10 weeks $250: You will receive one 1ml (2.5mg) vial.

3) 0.5mg X 5 weeks $250: You will receive one 1ml (2.5mg) vial.

4) 0.5mg X 10 weeks $325: You will receive one 2ml (5mg) vial.

5) 0.5mg X 2 weeks PLUS 1mg X 4 weeks $325: You will receive one 2ml (5mg) vial.

6) 1mg X 5 weeks $325: You will receive one 2ml (5mg) vial.

7) 1.75mg X 4 weeks $375: You will receive one 3ml (7.5mg) vial. You will have 0.5mg left over.

8) 2.5mg X 5 weeks $425: You will receive one 5ml (12.5mg) vial.

DOSING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERY VIAL:

*0.25mg dose: Inject 10 units (0.1ml) on your syringe once a week for 4 weeks.

*0.5mg dose: Inject 20 units (0.2ml) on your syringe once a week for 4 weeks.

*1mg dose: Inject 40 units (0.4ml) on your syringe once a week for 4 weeks.

*1.75mg dose: Inject 70 units (0.7ml) on your syringe once a week for 4 weeks.

*2.5mg dose: Inject 100 units (1ml) on your syringe once a week for 4 weeks.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 0.25mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 0.5mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 1mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
