This is another "clean" semaglutide option for those patients who prefer no other additives like B12, B6, l-carnitine, BPC-157, etc. to be added to their tirzepatide peptide. Each vial should be used for 4 weeks.

These vials each deliver 4 WEEKS of medication, and you may order up to 8 weeks (2 vials) at a time. You may order 2 vials of the same dose or 2 different doses. The pharmacy will NOT ship more than two vials (8 weeks) at a time so please do not order more than 2 vials (8 weeks) at a time.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

1. The dosing for this product is a little different than semaglutide from other pharmacies. Instead of 0.25mg, 5mg, 1mg, 1.7mg (or 1.75mg), 2.4mg (or 2.5mg), your dosing will be 0.27mg, 0.54mg, 1.08mg, 2.16mg, then 2.5mg. These alternative doses are done to keep the number of units you inject easy to draw up.
2. There are two different vial concentrations used for this product. One vial is used for the first 4 lower doses, then a different vial slightly more concentrated is used for the highest dose (2.5mg). Therefore, you will inject 100 units for both the 2.16mg and 2.5mg doses.
3. Each vial should be used for 4 punctures only. Any leftover medication in your vial should be discarded.

DOSING

Remember that a milliliter (ml) and a unit (u) are measurements of volume (how much fluid is in your vial). A gram (g) and a milligram (mg) are units of weight (the amount of medication in each dose or in your vial).

The vial concentration for the first 4 doses is 2.16mg/ml.

0.27mg dose = 0.125 ml (12.5 units) X 4 weeks

0.54 mg dose = 0.25 ml (25 units) X 4 weeks

1.08 mg dose = 0.50 ml (50 units) X 4 weeks

2.16mg dose = 1 ml (100 units) X 4 weeks

The vial concentration for the highest/max dose is 2.5mg/ml.

2.5 mg dose = 1 ml (100 units)* X 4 weeks
*Again, note that you inject the same amount of fluid (100 units) for this dose as the previous dose, but the amount of medication in that 100 units is more here since it's more concentrated.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 0.27mg dose for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 0.54mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 1.08mg for 4 weeks, etc. If you are doing well on a certain dose, you do not have to move up until you are read. Most people move up once their weight loss stalls and side effects have resolved.

Your vial should be used for 4 doses only, so you must order the dose you plan to use. For those on maintenance, your vial would be best if used within 45 days and doses spread out no longer than every 14 days.

***As long as you stay on a particular dose for at least 4 weeks, you are welcome to move up after that. For instance, patients on the 0.27 mg dose may decide to remain on that dose after they complete the first 4 weeks.

**If you are having a lot of side effects with a particular dose, I would recommend not moving up until the side effects lessen.

***Although many people like to stick to the same pharmacy when they reorder, you may order from any pharmacy available for your state. However, please note that the formulations are different across pharmacies, and the units you use for a particular dose may change drastically with a new pharmacy. Please pay careful attention to your vial and refer here for correct dosing.
