1. This product is manufactured by Annovex Pharma, a 503B pharmacy. Products from 503B compounding pharmacies are sometimes considered "superior" products since 503B pharmacies are held to higher testing and potency standards than 503A compounding pharmacies (since 503Bs are able to compound in large quantities for hospitals and health clinics).
2. The Pharmacy Hub (TPH) will be assisting me with fulfilling and shipping your orders. Please do not contact Annovex Pharma about your order, as they will not be the shipping originator for your product.
3. This is a "clean" version of SEMA with no additional ingredients. It is available for all of my patients.
4. Injection supplies are included.
5. These vials come in two different strengths. Please make sure to note that your dose changes when you change strengths!
   1. 2.5mg/ml (1ml, 2ml, 3ml, and 4ml vials): You will use these vials for all shorter packages.
   2. 5mg/ml (4ml vial): You will use this vial for the two longer packages that use the 20mg vial. Please note that the number of units you inject drops in half for the same dose when moving up to this vial!
6. Your items will generally ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed with them, often the same business day! In order to work so quickly, the pharmacy will print your shipping labels and begin to process and package your item for shipping as soon as your order is submitted (even on weekends). Therefore, please double check that you have ordered the correct dose and that your shipping address is entered correctly. There will be no cancellations or address changes once your rx has been submitted to the pharmacy.
7. It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
8. You must order the dose you intend to take! If you need to alter your dose in any way, please discuss this with our team by reaching out through your Push Health account.
9. The BUD on these vials is 90 days, which translates to 75-85 days after you receive it. Some of these packages may be stretched out to every 10-14 days, but please do not use your vial past the BUD. The 4-5 week packages make great options for this dosing.

DOSING:

2.5mg/ml vials

• 0.25mg = 10 units/0.1ml
• 0.5mg = 20 units/0.2ml
• 1mg = 40 units/0.4ml
• 1.75mg = 70 units/0.7ml*
• 2.5mg = 100 units/1ml*

*PACKAGES

1. 0.25mg X 4 weeks PLUS 5mg X 3 weeks: Patients may skip the 4th dose of the 0.5mg dose and go directly to the 1mg dose if experiencing few/mild side effects.
2. 0.5mg X 5 weeks
3. 1mg X 5 weeks
4. 1.75mg X 4 weeks
5. 2.5mg X 4 weeks:
6. 1.75mg X 4 weeks PLUS 2.5mg X 5 weeks: Uses the 5mg/ml 4ml vial (20mg) vial
7. 2.5mg X 8 weeks: Uses the 5mg/ml 4ml vial (20mg) vial

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 0.25mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 0.5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 15mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.

Patients in the weight loss phase should be injecting weekly for best results!
