It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
For the 0.25mg, 0.5mg, and 1mg doses, you will have 5 weeks in each vial. For the 1.75 and 2.5mg doses, you will have 4 weeks in each vial.
The units you inject will vary depending on your dose.
You MUST order the dosage you intend to take, as these vials are good for 4-5 punctures only. Because these vials only have a 45 day BUD, you may only order one vial at a time.

DOSING

Semaglutide/L-Carnitine 1.25mg/100mg/ml

0.25mg: 20units (0.2ml)

*Please note that the units are the same for the 0.25mg and 0.5mg doses due to the weaker vial concentration of the 0.25mg dose.

Semaglutide/L-Carnitine 2.5mg/100mg/ml

0.5mg: 20units (0.2ml)
1mg: 40units (0.4ml)
1.75mg: 70units (0.7ml)
2.5mg: 100 units (1ml)

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 0.25mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 0.5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 1mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
