1. This will be shipped from REVIVE RX.
2. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
3. This medication does NOT need to be shipped cool since it ships in the lyophilized, or "powder" form. It will include all supplies needed for mixing and injecting. It WILL need to be kept cool in the refrigerator after mixing.
4. You will need to mix your vial and reconstitute it with 6ml of bacteriostatic water when you receive it. A mixing kit with supplies and instructions will be sent with your order. After you have mixed the vial, it will need to be kept cool in the refrigerator. The pharmacy should send you directions on how to reconstitute your peptide. You may also refer to the instructions at the bottom of the page if needed. Your medication is best kept in powder form until you are ready to use it. You may store the powder in the refrigerator for best use, but room temperature storage of unmixed vials is appropriate.
5. It is important to note that the CDC recommends multidose vials such as these to be discarded 28 days after mixing to reduce contamination. This is not due to the quality of the medication, but rather to reduce contamination risks.
6. If you choose to use the vial beyond the 28 days, please do so with caution. As always, you can help reduce the risk of contamination by carefully cleaning the vial before each puncture.
7. You may order 1-3 vials at a time. Each vial will last you 4 weeks at the 500mcg dose.

DOSING WITH THIS VIAL: Inject 25 units (500mcg) subcutaneously every evening at least an hour after your last meal. Use 6 nights on, then 1 night off. One vial will last 4 weeks, and 2 vials will last 8 weeks.

*The best time to take tesamorelin is prior to bedtime at least 2 hours after your last meal. HGH is primarily released while you sleep and is most beneficial to the body's recovery and repair during this time. Because tesamorelin aids with sleep, it can sometimes make you tired if taken during the day. If you must take it during the day, make sure you have not eaten 2 hours beforehand.

On the other hand, some patients feel that doing their injections during the day on an empty stomach before working out gives him the best results in terms of muscle building and fat burning. The best thing for you to do is to experiment with it and find out what works best for you. However, just make sure that you are well-hydrated and have not eaten in the 2 hours before your injection.
