This will ship with all necessary supplies for injection. It will arrive cool and need to be refrigerated upon arrival. Current shipping time is around 2 weeks.

1. This medication is shipped from South Lake Pharmacy. It will arrive cool and will need to be refrigerated upon arrival.
2. Your medication may have a pink or red tint due to the B12 in the vial. This is normal. I love it because it helps me see the medication better when drawing it up!
3. Each vial contains 20mg of medication and 200 units.
4. You may order up to 3 vials at once.

STARTING PATIENTS: You may follow these guidelines and increase your dose every 4 weeks. However, you may stay on a dose as long as you'd like and not move up until you are ready.

6-Week Starter Bundle (20mg): 1 VIAL. 2.5mg dose for 4 weeks, 5mg dose for 2 weeks. $400

12-Week Starter Bundle (60mg): 3 VIALS. 2.5mg dose for 4 weeks, 5mg dose for 4 weeks, 7.5mg dose for 4 weeks. Save money and buy your first 12 weeks at once. $875

OTHER DOSING OPTIONS:

2.5mg dose for 8 weeks (20mg). 1 VIAL. $400 (new patients may want to start here for a slower dose increase). You could also use this as a 6-week Start Bundle, as it would deliver 2.5mg for 8 weeks, then 5mg for 2 weeks.

2.5mg dose for 8 weeks (20mg), 5mg dose for 4 weeks (20mg) 12 weeks total. 2 VIALS. $700 (new patients may want to start here for a slower dosage increase)

5mg dose for 12 weeks (60mg). 3 VIALS. $875

PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THIS FOR THE HIGHER DOSES, AS THEY CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE. OPTIONS FROM OTHER PHARMACIES ARE USUALLY MORE COST EFFECTIVE. FOR INSTANCE, THE 7.5MG DOSE FOR 8 WEEKS WOULD USE 60MG (3 VIALS) AND WOULD BE $875. THE 10MG DOSE FOR 4 WEEKS WOULD USE 2 VIALS (40MG) AND WOULD BE $700.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
