1. This product is manufactured by Olympia Pharmacy, a 503B pharmacy. Products from 503B compounding pharmacies are considered "superior" products since 503B pharmacies are held to higher testing and potency standards than 503A compounding pharmacies (since 503Bs are able to compound in large quantities for hospitals and health clinics).
2. The Pharmacy Hub (TPH) will be assisting me with fulfilling and shipping your orders. Please do not contact Olympia Pharmacy about your order, as they will not be the shipping originator for your product.
3. This is a "clean" version of TZ with no additional ingredients. It is available for all of my patients.
4. Injection supplies are included.
5. There are two different vial concentrations, a 10mg/ml concentration and a 25mg/ml concentration. UPDATE: ONLY THE 25/ml VIAL IS AVAILABLE.
6. Be sure to read the directions on your vial for proper dosing!
7. Your item will generally ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed with them, often the same business day! In order to work so quickly, the pharmacy will print your shipping labels and begin to process and package your item for shipping as soon as your order is submitted (even on weekends). Therefore, please double check that you have ordered the correct dose and that your shipping address is entered correctly. There will be no cancellations or address changes once your rx has been submitted to the pharmacy.
8. It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
9. You must order the dose you intend to take! If you need to alter your dose in any way, please discuss this with our team by reaching out through your Push Health account.

11. Patients in the weight loss phase should be injecting weekly for best results. For patients in maintenance, you may inject every 10-14 days with some of these packages since they have a longer BUD. Please message us or include a note on your order with your planned dosing schedule if not injecting weekly.

1) 10mg X 7 weeks* (1 vial): $525

2) 12.5mg X 6 weeks* (1 vials): $525
*May be used every 10-14 days instead of weekly in maintenance.

3) 12.5mg X 12 weeks* (2 vials): $1000
*If injecting less frequently than every 7 days in maintenance, please do not stretch this package longer than 16 weeks.

4) 15mg X 5 weeks* (1 vial): $525
*May be used every 10-14 days instead of weekly in maintenance.

5) 15mg X 10 weeks* (2 vials): $1000
*If injecting less frequently than every 7 days in maintenance, please do not stretch this package longer than 16 weeks.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks (from another pharmacy). You may then move up to the 5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up. Again, do not order this product until you reach the 10mg dose since the smaller vials are no longer available.
