TZ/L-Carnitine INJECTION with E-Visit TEXAS STAR PHARMACY

THIS ITEM REQUIRES A PRESCRIPTION FROM DR.K. NEW PATIENTS MUST PAY THE NEW PATIENT FEE AND BE SENT AN *APPROVAL MESSAGE* PRIOR TO ORDERING. DO NOT ORDER PRIOR TO THIS OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED MINUS A 5% PROCESSING FEE. RETURNING PATIENTS MAY PLACE AN ORDER WHEN READY AND DO NOT NEED PERMISSION PRIOR TO PLACING A NEW ORDER.

2. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.
3. Injection supplies are included.
4. There are three different vial concentrations, a TZ/L-Carnitine 5mg-100mg/ml TZ/L-Carnitine, a 15mg-100mg/ml concentration and a 30mg-100mg/ml concentration (MAX vial).
5. Be sure to read the directions on your vial for proper dosing! There are three different vial concentrations, so the number of units you inject will depend on the package. The MAX VIAL uses the highest concentration.
6. Your item will often ship within 2-3 business days of your order being placed with them, sometimes the same business day! In order to work so quickly, the pharmacy will print your shipping labels and begin to process and package your item for shipping as soon as your order is submitted (even on weekends). Therefore, please double check that you have ordered the correct dose and that your shipping address is entered correctly. There will be no cancellations or address changes once your rx has been submitted to the pharmacy.
7. It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
8. You must order the dose you intend to take! If you need to alter your dose in any way, please discuss this with our team by reaching out through your Push Health account.

10. Patients in the weight loss phase should be injecting weekly for best results. For patients in maintenance, you may inject every 10-14 days with some of these packages since they have a longer BUD. Please message us or include a note on your order with your planned dosing schedule if not injecting weekly.
11. You may use any of the 4-5 weeks packages every 10-14 days for maintenance. The MAX VIAL should be used by patients injecting weekly with minimal spacing. THE BUD will be about 80 day from the day you receive it so please use it within the BUD on your vial.

DOSING: Some of these are units, so just get as close as you can on your syringe. Please note the unit change for the packages.

AVAILABLE PACKAGES:

1. 2.5mg X 4 weeks: $275 (Uses the 5mg-100mg/ml vial)
2. 5mg X 6 weeks: $375 (Uses the 15mg-100mg/ml vial)
3. 7.5mg X 4 weeks: $375 (Uses the 15mg-100mg/ml vial)
4. 10mg X 4 weeks: $425 (Uses the 15mg-100mg/ml vial)
5. 12mg* X 5 weeks: $525 (Uses the 15mg/100mg/ml vial)
   1. This vial has 60mg total. If you injected the 12.5mg X 4 weeks, you'd have 10mg left over. Alternatively, if you reduce your dose to 12mg, you get 5 weeks of that dose!
   2. The 12.5mg dose would be 83 units instead of 80 units (12mg dose).
6. 15mg X 4 weeks: $525 (Uses the 15mg-100mg/ml vial)
   
7. MAX VIAL 12mg X 10 weeks: $1025
   *The 12.5mg dose would be about 42 units instead of 40 units (12mg dose).
8. MAX VIAL 15mg X 8 weeks: $1025

The two MAX VIAL packages use the 30mg-100mg/ml concentration vial. It should only be used with these two packages. The 12mg dose and 15mg doses using the MAX vial are DOUBLE the concentration of the doses in package #6 and #7, so you inject HALF the number of units from the MAX vial. This vial has a BUD of about 80 days, so you should be injecting these doses from the MAX vial weekly with minimal spacing to use all of the medication before the BUD.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
