1. This product is manufactured by Olympia Pharmacy, a 503B pharmacy. Products from 503B compounding pharmacies are considered "superior" products since 503B pharmacies are held to higher testing and potency standards than 503A compounding pharmacies (since 503Bs are able to compound in large quantities for hospitals and health clinics).
2. The Pharmacy Hub (TPH) will be assisting me with fulfilling and shipping your orders. Please do not contact Olympia Pharmacy about your order, as they will not be the shipping originator for your product.
3. This is a "clean" version of TZ with no additional ingredients. It is available for all of my patients.
4. Injection supplies are included.
5. There are two different vial concentrations, a 10mg/ml concentration and a 25mg/ml concentration.
6. Be sure to read the directions on your vial for proper dosing! There are two different vial concentrations, so the number of units you inject will depend on the package. The 10mg dose, for example, is 100 units in one package, but only 40 units in another package.
7. Your order will generally ship within 1-2 business days!
8. It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
9. You must order the dose you intend to take! If you need to alter your dose in any way, please discuss this with our team by reaching out through your Push Health account.

1) 2.5mg X 4 weeks PLUS 5mg X 3 weeks (1 vial): $350

2) 5mg X 5 weeks (1 vial): $350

3) 7.5mg X 6 weeks (2 vials): $500

4) 10mg X 5 weeks (2 vials): $500
*Each vial will deliver two full doses plus one half dose, so you will need to draw one of your doses from both vials.

5) 10mg X 7 weeks (1 vial): $575
*Please note the unit change: 10mg = 40 units with this vial

6) 12.5mg X 6 weeks (1 vials): $575

7) 12.5mg X 12 weeks (2 vials): $1100
*If injecting less frequently than every 7 days in maintenance, please do not stretch this package longer than 16 weeks.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
