This product ships from RED ROCK PHARMACY. Their current processing time is about 5-7 days. They ship FedEx 2-day and will normally be sent tracking information to your email address when it is shipped out. Creating an account with Fedex.com can also help make sure you get notifications.
These vials each deliver 4 WEEKS of medication, and you may order up to 8 weeks (2 vials) at a time. You may order 2 vials of the same dose or 2 different doses. The pharmacy will NOT ship more than two vials (8 weeks) at a time so please do not order more than 2 vials (8 weeks) at a time. Occasionally, they will still only send one at a time. If you do not receive both of them, please let us know.
Please note that there are 7 DIFFERENT TYPES OF VIALS, one for each dosage. Please pay attention to your particular vial and make sure you follow the instructions. There are two different strengths/concentrations, so you may use the same or even less units for one of the higher doses than you do for a lower dose. See the chart below and note the * and ** beside the two different vial concentrations.
This formulation follows standard TZ dosing, as opposed to the glycine version with the alternative dosing.
UPDATE 2/19/25: Red Rock is releasing a 17.5mg X 4 weeks vial to allow some flexible dosing for physicians to help their patients.

ORDERING RESTRICTIONS: To qualify, you would attest that you have been using the 15mg dose weekly for at least 12 weeks and you have stalled. If you have been stretching your 15mg doses out to every 10-14 days, you would want to increase to a weekly dose first before moving up to the 17.5mg vial. It's ok if you have missed a dose here or there in the past 3-4 months, but you would not qualify if you have only ordered 12 weeks of the 15mg dose in the past 20 weeks, for example.

DOSING

Remember that a milliliter (ml) and a unit (u) are measurements of volume (how much fluid is in your vial). A gram (g) and a milligram (mg) are units of weight (the amount of medication in each dose or in your vial).

2.5 mg dose = 0.25 ml (25 units)

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose the next 4-weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks at least on your current dose before you move up. *NOTE that you must use the 15mg dose for at least 12 weeks before moving up to the 17.5mg dose

Your vial should be used for 4 doses only, so you must order the dose you plan to use. For those on maintenance, your vial would be best if used within 45 days (for 4 punctures only) and doses spread out no longer than every 10 days.
