- This is a "clean" version of TZ with no additional ingredients. It is available for all of my patients.
- Injection supplies are included.
- There are 6 different vials, and your injection instructions will be different for each dose.
- Be sure to read the directions on your vial for proper dosing!
- Please allow 7 business days for you order to be shipped to you.
- It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
- You must order the dose you intend to take! If you need to alter your dose in any way, please discuss this with our team by reaching out through your Push Health account.
- Patients in the weight loss phase should be injecting weekly for best results. For patients in maintenance, you may inject every 10-14 days with these.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.25mg for the first 4 weeks (from another pharmacy). You may then move up to the 4.5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 6/75mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up. Again, do not order this product until you reach the 10mg dose since the smaller vials are no longer available.
Patients in the weight loss phase should be injecting weekly for best results!
