1. This medication is shipped from a pharmacy in the Strive Pharmacy Network. Current shipping time is about 7-10 days business days.
2. Always refer to your packaging for correct dosing. You may also refer to the dosing chart above and below. The concentration of the vial remains the same across packages, so the chart above will apply to all vials.
3. Please order only one package at a time due to the Beyond Use Dates (BUDs) on these vials. I have configured these times when configuring the dosing packages.

5. This new formulation also contains glycine, which can help prevent muscle loss during weight loss.
6. Strive requires alternative doing compared to what's commercially available. The vial sizes, however, are still the same. The alternative dosing will be on your prescription, but you may inject the traditional dosing. If ordering the 1.5mg vial, you will have 6 weeks of medication with Strive alternative dosing, but only 5 weeks if injecting the traditional 1.75mg dosing.

DOSING:

You may follow these guidelines and increase your dose every 4 weeks. However, you may stay on a dose as long as you'd like and not move up until you are ready.

*You may order this package after Package 1. If you are doing well with minimal side effects, you may skip the 4th week using the 0.5mg dose and go straight to the 1mg dose. Or, you may stay on the 0.5mg dose for another week or two before moving up.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
