DOSAGE: Generally, one tablet is taken three times a day with meals, but some people prefer a lower dose and start with 1-2 tablets a day.

*If you are a busy person and find it difficult to remember to take a tablet three times a day (or don't eat three times a day), you may take your tablets all at once in one daily dose of 1-3 tablets.

*It is advisable to cycle your dosing: Use the medication two months on and one month off.
