DOSAGE: Dissolve one tablet under your tongue or in your cheek every day on an empty stomach. Some patients prefer to start with 1/4 or 1/2 a tablet for a few days, then advance to the full tablet. These tablets are easily split. These are best kept cool to avoid melting.

WHAT IS NAD+?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a form of Vitamin B3 (niacin). This coenzyme is found in the mitochondria of all living cells.
