Dosage: Take one tablet a day.

I recommend starting at the 250mcg or 500mcg dose for a month before moving up to the 1000mcg dose. However, you may start at this dose if you'd like.

• patients that have a history of severe tachycardia (fast heart rate) or atrial fibrillation
• patients with uncontrolled blood pressure
• patients currently taking other medications that also inhibit the uptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine (SSRIs like Celexa, Lexapro, Prozac, Paxil, and Zoloft; or SNRIs like Pristiq, Cymbalta, and Effexor; or NDRIs like Focalin, Ritalin, and Bupropion/Wellbutrin)
• patients that take tramadol for pain issues
