3. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. This pharmacy ships via UPS and FedEx, but DOES NOT send tracking information to you. However, you may visit www.ups.com plus www.fedex.com and create a profile there with your shipping address; you should then receive shipping notifications anytime UPS is delivering you a package from any source. Please ship to an address that you have easy access to and plan to check daily, such as your home address. We can not be held responsible if you do not receive a delivery notification of your item. If you absolutely require a delivery notification, please consider ordering from another pharmacy. Hallandale, Striker, and Perfect Rx orders are placed through a partner platform called "VITLRx". VITLRx will send you an email with instructions on creating your personalized patient portal where you can receive shipping information from the pharmacy.

5. You MUST order the dosage you intend to take.
6. The BUDs on the vials will be around 75 days after you receive it. For patients injecting weekly, you may order up to two vials/packages. If spreading out your doses, please order only one vial/package at a time to avoid wasting medication that needs to be discarded after the BUD.
7. Patients that order the 7.5mg and 10mg doses may receive two 1ml vials instead of one 2ml vial. If you inject 12mg instead of 12.5mg you would get 5 weeks instead of 4 weeks of meds with the 3ml (60mg) vial.
8. The concentration will remain the same no matter the dose. However, the number of units you inject will change depending on your weekly dose.

New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
