You are requesting a service from Dr. K to provide the listed item above to be shipped to the specified address on the order. Because this requires a prescription, you must have received an *Approval Message* from Dr. K to your Push Health account prior to requesting this service. You also must also pay your New Patient Fee if applicable. Do not request this service without prior approval or your request may be refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Returning clients may request a service when ready and do not need permission to request a new service. - This product will be shipped to you from DD RX PHARMACY.
- You MAY take this if you are also taking daily injections of sermorelin. If you are injecting 25 units for the 2.5mg, 5mg, or 7.5mg dose, you will be injecting 250mcg of sermorelin. If you are injecting 50 units for the higher doses, you will be injecting 500mcg of sermorelin. You would just hold your dose that evening of your separate medication. This would actually get you 4 more doses a month of your other medication, which is almost an extra week since they are generally taken 5 days on, 2 days off!
- Inject your dose at bedtime at least an hour after your last meal.
- Injection supplies are included.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. This pharmacy ships via UPS and FedEx, but DOES NOT send tracking information to you. However, you may visit www.ups.com plus www.fedex.com and create a profile there with your shipping address; you should then receive shipping notifications anytime UPS is delivering you a package from any source. Please ship to an address that you have easy access to and plan to check daily, such as your home address. We can not be held responsible if you do not receive a delivery notification of your item. If you absolutely require a delivery notification, please consider ordering from another pharmacy.
- It will arrive to you cool and will need to be kept in the refrigerator.
- Each vial has 4 doses for a 4-week supply.
- The dose for the 2.5mg, 5mg, and 7.5mg is 25 units/0.25ml. The dose for the 10mg, 12.5mg, and 15mg is 50units/0.5ml. The concentration changes between vials.
- You MUST order the dosage you intend to take.
- The BUD on these vials is only 35 days, so you should be injecting weekly with these vials. Do not use these vials if you are stretching your doses out. Please see other options for this and message us for any questions.
- Because of the above, you may only order ONE VIAL AT A TIME. If you order more than one vial at a time, an order for only ONE VIAL will be sent to the pharmacy and you will need to message us when you are ready for us to submit a request for the next vial.

DOSING:
New patients not previously on an injectable weight loss medication will start at the 2.5mg for the first 4 weeks. You may then move up to the 5mg dose for the next 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks, etc. However, you do NOT have to move up in dosing until you are ready. If you are having successful weight loss on a certain dose, you do not have to move up. Also, if you are having significant side effects on a dose, you should spend another 4 weeks on your current dose before you move up.
WHAT IS SERMORELIN?
Sermorelin is a peptide that stimulates the release of human growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) from the hypthothalamus, which promotes the natural production and release of growth hormone (HGH) from the pituitary gland.
HGH is normally produced during our youth and helps build muscle, build bone, breakdown fat, and keep our skin young and healthy. As we get older, GH levels decline to the point that most people over age 50 have levels way below optimum. Directly administering GH can be tricky in that too much can be administered and does not induce the natural physiologic "pulse".
Sermorelin stimulates your own natural production of HGH, which works with our body's natural feedback mechanisms to prevent you from getting too much HGH. It's a cheaper and safer way to naturally restore your HGH levels.

Joint Commission guidelines for proper use of many multi-dose vials include the recommendation to discard the vial 4 weeks after first puncture, even though the Beyond Use Date (BUD) may be longer. These guidelines are generally followed in office and hospital settings, particularly when the vial is used for multiple different patients. However, this same suggestion is made for vials punctured several times a day or only once a week. With certain vial sizes/doses/packages, using all of the medication in the vial without wasting any could result in a patient using the vial for longer than 28 days after first puncture. If you choose to use your vial longer than 28 days after first puncture due to package size or maintenance dosing, you must acknowledge that you understand the Joint Commission recommendations to discard the vial 28 days after first puncture, even if you only puncture the vial once a week. You will be using the vial at your own discretion.
