This injection may be taken in conjunction with other weight loss medications or alone. There are no BMI restrictions. It will be shipped from EMPOWER PHARMACY. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. This medication does NOT need to be shipped cool since it ships in the lyophilized, or "powder" form. It will include supplies needed for mixing and injecting. It WILL need to be kept cool in the refrigerator after mixing. You will be sent one mixing kit and 20 syringes with a 4-week order and three mixing kits and 60 syringes with a 12-week order.

VIAL OPTIONS

Empower offers 3 vial sizes (6mg, 9mg, and 15mg). Please pay attention to the directions you are sent, as the mixing instructions and units for each dose changes across vials!

6mg vial: Use this vial to deliver the 300mcg (30 units) dose. You will mix your vial with 6ml of sterile water, then inject 30 units for the 300mcg dose. Each vial yields a 4-week supply. You may order one vial (4 week supply) or 3 vials (12 week supply) of the 300mcg dose.
9mg vial: Use this vial to deliver the 450mcg dose. You will mix your vial with 6ml of sterile water, then inject 30 units for the 450mcg dose. Each vial yields a 4-week supply. You may order one vial (4 week supply) or 3 vials (12 weeks supply) of the 450mcg dose.
15mg vial: Use this vial to deliver the 750mcg dose. You will mix your vial with 6ml of sterile water, then inject 30 units for the 750mcg dose. Each vial yields a 4-week supply. You may order one vial (4 week supply) or 3 vials (12 weeks supply) of the 750mcg dose.

DOSING

The optimal dosage for this peptide can range from 300 mcg (0.3mg) to 750mcg (.75mg) nightly before bed*. Injections are taken nightly 5 out 7 days of the week, or 20 injections in 28 days. I recommend taking 300mcg nightly for the first 4 weeks, then increase to 450mcg nightly for at least 4 weeks. Patients with BMIs of 30+ may want to increase to 750mcg nightly.
You will need to mix your vial and reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water when you receive it. A mixing kit with supplies and instructions will be sent with your order. After you have mixed the vial, it will need to be kept cool in the refrigerator. The pharmacy should send you directions on how to reconstitute your peptide. You may also refer to the instructions at the bottom of the page if needed. Your medication is best kept in powder form until you are ready to use it. You may store the powder in the refrigerator for best use, but room temperature storage of unmixed vials is appropriate.
It's important to note that it's recommended to discard any unused medication after using your vial for 28 days for sterility reasons (since you will be injecting 20 times during this period). Each vial will include a mixing kit plus 20 syringes to use each vial for 4 weeks (20 injections with the 5 out of 7 nights protocol). If you order a 12 week supply, you will be sent 3 mixing kits plus 20 syringes.

*The best time to take sermorelin is prior to bedtime at least 2 hours after your last meal. HGH is primarily released while you sleep and is most beneficial to the body's recovery and repair during this time. Because sermorelin aids with sleep, it can sometimes make you tired if taken during the day. If you must take it during the day, make sure you have not eaten 2 hours beforehand.

On the other hand, some patients feel that doing their injections during the day on an empty stomach before working out gives him the best results in terms of muscle building and fat burning. The best thing for you to do is to experiment with it and find out what works best for you. However, just make sure that you are well-hydrated and have not eaten in the 2 hours before your injection.

WHAT IS SERMORELIN?

Sermorelin is a peptide that stimulates the release of human growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) from the hypthothalamus, which promotes the natural production and release of growth hormone (HGH) from the pituitary gland.
