About Our Doc
"About a year ago, I made the decision to take back control of my health! I was in the BMI "obese" category with a BMI of 32, and my labs showed that I was dangerously close to developing diabetes. Using a combination of several of these medications, I have successfully lost 55 pounds! I now have a healthy BMI of 23, and I am no no longer in the "pre-diabetic category". I feel amazing! I reached my goal weight a few months ago and am successfully maintaining it now. As a physician who has also struggled with her weight, I really feel that I can identify with the struggles my patients face! I love helping others achieve their weight loss goals and become a healthier version of themselves!".
--Dr. K
Lee Ann W. Keeling, M.D.
Dr. Lee Ann Keeling is our founder and the treating physician at Top Doc Weight Loss. After working over 20 years in Level One trauma centers and busy emergency rooms, she decided to reduce her hours and start a telemedicine company from home. Top Doc Telemedicine was developed as an urgent-care telemedicine service. However, after becoming a weight-loss patient herself, Dr. K became very interested in helping others lose weight! By combining her medical knowledge with her own personal experience as a patient, she has helped hundreds of patients with their weight-loss goals since then. Her weight-loss practice has grown tremendously, so Top Doc Weight Loss was born!

Delivery, Refunds, and Cancellations
1) All orders are shipped from the pharmacy that offers that product. Shipping times are noted under each item description. They track every order and receive notification when your item is delivered. Neither I nor the pharmacy are responsible for stolen items.
Because the medication ships from the pharmacy, we are unable to relay any special requests for the shipping carriers. You will need to contact the pharmacy for any special requests relating to shipping (such as where to leave your package or receiving your package on a certain day).
2) If you are unsure of which medication and dosage to order, please message us on your Push Health account prior to placing an order.
3) We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address if incorrect info is entered on an order. Please double check the information before submitting your order. If your order has already been placed with the pharmacy, it will be your responsibility to contact the pharmacy to correct any shipping information.
4) REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS for products after they have already been shipped from the pharmacy unless the item is missing or defective. These medications are compounded specifically for you. Prior to shipping, any full refunds back to your source of payment will incur a 5% processing fee to cover fees that we do not recover when you are issued you a full refund. However, we will be happy to issue you a credit for the full price in the form of a personal discount card to be used for a future order. If you need to change an order or you accidentally order the wrong item, we will work with you to get the correct item paid for and sent to you.
In the rare case that a product is discontinued, delayed, or goes on backorder at the pharmacy and shipping times will be delayed, we will contact you. If you would like a refund, we will be more than happy to accommodate either a full refund back to your original payment method (with no processing fee) or a discount code for a future order (plus a $15 extra credit).
5) REFUNDS FOR NON-PATIENT ORDERING: If you place an order here before completing all the steps to become a patient and before receiving permission to order (also outlined in the checkout area), your order will be immediately refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Your card will be refunded MINUS this processing fee. Again, you must be a patient and receive approval to order BEFORE placing an order here on this site.
6) All refunds will be made back to the initial payment method and must be made within 180 days of the initial charge. If for some reason this can't be done due to card expiration, 180 days has lapsed, account closure, etc., we will issue you a discount code for the full amount to be used on the order site.
7) If your product is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact the pharmacy so they may file a loss claim. You may view their contact info here, or message us on your Push Health account for help with contacting the correct pharmacy if needed.
